Our fee structure is a fixed fee with no surprises

We are confident and committed to delivering a successful consulting engagement or successfully recruiting critical talent for our client, the employer. If we do not feel we could successfully complete our  engagement, we will not accept the campaign.

Our model is built on developing an advisory relationship with our client. We follow a proven process-oriented recruitment approach which leads to one and only one outcome…..success. Resumes play an almost non-existent role in our process.

Best-Practice Recruiting is not based upon lobbing resumes and pressuring unqualified candidates to take a new job in order for the recruiter to earn a commission.

Our work should not cost our client more or cost our client less based upon how much or how little the employer actually pays their newly recruited employee. If we were paid based upon a percentage of the compensation of the recruited talent, we would then be incentivized to pursue highly paid candidates and we would be discouraged to recruit lower compensated candidates (who might offer great potential).

Our fee structure is a fixed fee with no surprises. We establish it at the start of our engagement. Our focus is to align with our client in order to recruit the best critical talent, regardless of what compensation is negotiated. To establish our fixed fee, we spend time with our client to understand what business problem they need to solve by hiring critical talent. We discuss market compensation data, the on-target compensation and sometimes we redesign the compensation model to include a performance bonus.

Our engagement letter is simple and one page in length.
