Summary for Systems Engineer Manager

The immediate need is for a systems engineer who has the breadth to write technical proposals and manage customer relations.

As a career path option, this person could become the leader of the Optisys Program Office and build the Optisys Program  Department over the next 12-18 months.

As another career path option, a strong technical candidate could become the leader of the Optisys Systems Engineering Group.

This is a new role that reports to Clinton Cathey and is due to the exponential increase in proposal and program work.

The preference for this role is to work at the Optisys HQ in Salt Lake, however, working remotely  would be considered.

This role is an opportunity to work on the leading edge of metal 3D printed antennas, which are a novel class of antennas that allow for pushing the limits of what physics allows in antenna design. Optisys antennas can be found all around the world and out of this world in space.
