Apartment Turnovers (ATI) was built from the ground up as a full service company that provides apartment and property managers with a one-call turnover service solution for all their apartment turnover and renovation service needs. The Field Operations Manager will report to ATIs Director of Operations, located at the Rockville headquarters. There are approximately 50 direct/indirect reports consisting of technicians and helpers.
The Field Operations Manager will focus on:
– Field employee retention
– Client/customer retention thru quality control
– Fair, consistent pricing on non-standard turn services by providing estimates
With the main office in Rockville – we will have weekly meetings in Rockville or via Zoom. However, our job sites are throughout MD, DC and VA. The Field Operations Manager will be assigned a territory and 90% of the work will be in the field within an assigned territory. We are hiring two field operations managers – one for DC/VA and one for MD.

We are truly a one-call turnover SOLUTION. We make it simple for a property manager or maintenance supervisor. They can simply call us or log into our portal to place the “job order” – we provide all key/main services that a property management company would need to turn a vacant unit for the next tenant.
We also offer maintenance service for occupied units. In addition, we have a full-service renovation division. We are a technology savvy one-stop shop for turnover services.
You never need to pickup a phone or walk a unit before requesting our services. We send invoices within 72 hours of service with pictures documenting our work.
The Recruitment Process

Requirements for this Role:
– Current US Citizen OR you currently have employment authorization to work in the United States
– Must be bilingual -Spanish / English
– Geographically located within the Wash DC Metro Region
– Demonstrated experience managing 20 or more remote employees working on various remote job sites.
– Demonstrated experience in construction including punch out, paint or trade work experience (does not have to be extensive but need a demonstrated understanding of the basics of trade work / crew assignments etc.).
– Demonstrated experience ability to lead a large team
– Demonstrated experience implementing a program for employee retention, training / development
– Demonstrated experience implementing a program for improved service response – reduce service call backs thru training and quality control
Compensation for ATI’s Field Operations Manager
This is a performance/rewards role. Total compensation is base salary plus performance bonus.
Annual base salary range: $60,000-$65,000
On Target performance bonus: $6,000-9,750
Total On Target Earnings Range: $66,000 – $74,750
Base salary paid weekly.
Performance bonus paid quarterly.

Priorities to be Accomplished within the First Six Months
Implement Program for Employee retention, training / development – (assist with rolling out new employee development program, proper onboarding and training. Right person, right seat.)
Implement a Program that will reduce payroll percentage thru training & management
Implement a Program for improved service response – reduce service call backs thru training and quality control
